Goal: Academics – All Campus GPA (3.0) Timeline: 1.5 years ½: All Mens GPA (end of Spring 2009) ¾: All Campus (end of Fall 2009) Resources: enforcement of Study Hours, Freshmen study sessions, Big Brother / Little Brother mentoring, learning centers, scoop People to Enlist: learning center coaches, professors, advisors, local alumni, MTU White House / Counseling services, Beta Pi 1st Vice President Key Players: all active brothers, Bill Predebon
Goal: Favorable Reputation / Image Timeline: 2- 3 years ½: Eliminate barriers (1 year) - Remove inappropriate shirts - Make chapter house look prestigious ¾: Increase community involvement (1.5 years) - Increase philanthropy - Eliminate Greek opinion of Beta Pi Resources: good building structure, quality membership, availability of local charitable organizations, other organizations that we can work with, knowing what is happening on campus and participating, change the way we interact while others are watching People to Enlist: campus advisors / leaders, local newspapers / media, Beta Pi Public Relations Chair, Beta Pi website, National resources Key Players: all active brothers, Les Cook
